New Cumberland, PA - Navarro and Wright is proud to announce the hiring of Jeffrey M. Lynch to the position of Director of Marketing. Mr. Lynch will lead all firm-wide strategic marketing operations for the Central and Northern PA regional, New York and Maryland offices. The firm employs 70+ professionals in the disciplines of civil and site engineering, transportation design, municipal, geotechnical, environmental, land survey, construction inspection and soils laboratory.

He will be an integral part to move our company forward by expanding our markets through strategic and operational business development and marketing initiatives such as project acquisition, alliance partnership development, project planning, strategic account creation, and strategic marketing communications " states Paul Navarro, President.
Mr. Lynch has over 25 years of experience and achievement in the engineering, architecture and building construction industry, including business development, marketing, and preconstruction project management. His educational background includes a M.A. Corporate Communication from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA and a B.S. Engineering Management from York College of Pennsylvania, York, PA.
He is Membership Chair for the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and Chair of the Architect's Committee of the MidAtlantic Builder's Exchange.
Before coming to Navarro & Wright, Mr. Lynch worked for Turner Construction Company as Director of Business Development.
