Navarro & Wright –

 2014 Forecast

Navarro & Wright (N&W) rebounded in 2013 from a challenging 2012 that saw a decline in many key service sectors. Through the outstanding efforts of our staff, N&W is positioned for an even stronger 2014.
With the passage of a $2.4 billion Transportation Funding Bill in Pennsylvania, we are seeing increased demand for our services in the transportation sector.   In response, N&W opened a new office in Allentown, PA as well as a new materials testing laboratory in Harrisburg, PA.
This growth is not limited to Pennsylvania.  In Maryland, $4.4 billion of new transportation funding is driving increased demand for N&W’s services.  N&W has already received notice of intent to award on several contracts in the Maryland transportation sector.  Maryland is also continuing its strong commitment to the Chesapeake Bay clean up by establishing Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL) for nitrogen and phosphorous.  This will impact wastewater treatment and storm water, resulting in an increased demand in these service sectors.  Major government entities in the Baltimore/Washington region are continuing major water and wastewater infrastructure improvement programs.  N&W is providing services for key service providers including Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.  In response to this demand, N&W is planning to expand its presence in the Maryland market in 2014.
N&W recognizes the importance of continuing to raise the standards of performance in all areas of our business to provide our clients with a sense of value and service.  We are looking forward to a great 2014.
