N&W is pleased to welcome Christopher M. Duchene, J.D. as the firm’s new Human Resources Assistant.
Christopher was born in Nuremberg, Germany. Due to his dual citizenship (German & U.S.) Christopher decided to study International Relations and received his B.A. in International Relations from Boston University in May, 2005. After graduating from BU, he worked for the Hertz corporation as a location manager in the following locations: New York, NY; Harrisburg, PA; and Boston, MA. After 5 years of working in the Rent-a-Car industry in the northeast, Christopher transitioned to a position that took him to Lake Worth, FL where he worked for Docks & More Construction as Human Resources and Operations Manager. After almost two years in Florida, he attended law school at New England Law|Boston. Christopher took and passed the Pennsylvania Bar exam on his first try this February, 2016, but it was during law school that he realized that a career in Human Resources was the direction that he ultimately wished to continue to pursue. With Human Resources and Law being synergistic, the knowledge that he acquired and the skills that he developed in his legal studies, coupled with his work experience position him well for success as a Human Resources Assistant.
