N&W is pleased to announce the promotion of Deborah D. Foust, P.G., to Executive Vice President. “Debbie joined N&W in 2004 and has been a successful leader throughout her career. Ms. Foust brings over 35 years of experience to Navarro & Wright. Her responsibilities include developing client relationships for transportation services in Pennsylvania and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Ms. Foust oversees transportation projects as Senior Transportation Manager and assists as QA/QC Manager on transportation projects. She also focuses on the strategic processes of N&W’s Transportation Division to continue its high level of performance as the firm enters a new phase of growth. Ms. Foust has vast experience with composing proposals, management of multiple projects, developing QA/QC standards, and managing personnel, budgets, schedules and communications with clients. Ms. Foust is a licensed Professional Geologist in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
