The project involved evaluation of existing corroded steel dunnage framing and design of reinforcing and repairs to support two new 40,000 lb. rooftop cooling towers to be installed on top of a 7-story building. This 100,000 SF commercial building, built in 1985, houses office space, property management, an on-site restaurant and spacious lobbies. Structural engineering for this building was previously provided. Services included field surveys, structural analysis, presentation of remedial work options, and final design remediation sketches.
