N&W’s Mike Phillips, Director of Construction – CM/CI Services was one of the featured presenters at the Chester A. Arthur School’s Civil Engineering Club in Philadelphia. Mike presented on the I95/I276 Connector Project and discussed the importance of transportation infrastructure and its impact on the Philadelphia area.
