Navarro & Wright prepared a land development plan for the expansion of the Canton Junior/Senior High School for E.I. Associates, Inc, professional architects. The Scope of Work for the land development plan included building alterations and additions which included: the expansion of the cafeteria, office area and band/chorus room, a new computer and science laboratories wing, expansion of bus drop off area, addition of a new parking lot adjacent to the band/chorus room addition, removal and replacement of a majority of the curb and sidewalk surrounding the school and modifications to existing drainage conveyance facilities.
Navarro & Wright also prepared and submitted to the Borough of Canton and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a request for planning exemption from the sewage facilities planning module process. We also prepared an Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan and submitted the plan to Bradford County Soil Conservation District for their review and approval. Other services included preparation of a storm-water management plan and report for review and approval by the Bradford County Planning Department, preparation of an engineers opinion of construction costs for public improvements and storm-water facilities required for establishment of the financial security. The firm also prepared technical specifications for the site improvements and infrastructure facilities and PennDOT Highway Occupancy permit for the new access.
