Services are currently being provided under a structural engineering open-end contract for repairs and upgrades to this 1,500,000 SF facility. To date, task orders completed have included:
- Design of repairs to the floor slab in the Pre-function and Ballroom areas.
- Pedestrian bridge expansion joint repairs.
- Maintenance platform and railing design.
- Catwalk railing and roof access design.
- Kitchen corridor flooring improvements.
- Stairwell concrete repairs.
- Determining allowable loads for accessing the top of masts and roof cables.
The following services were provided for the project:
- Site visits.
- Structural analysis.
- Structural design of repairs and improvements.
- QA/QC review.
- Construction administration services.
