N&W is proud to announce the promotion of Luke Turko, P.E. to Director of Geotechnical Services. Luke was hired in 2018 to lead N&W’s Western Region Geotechnical Services Group and quickly enhanced the group’s capabilities. Luke is a University of Pittsburgh graduate where he earned both graduate and undergraduate degrees. He is licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, Maryland, Virginia and Ohio. Luke will now oversee all of N&W’s geotechnical services with staff located in four office across Pennsylvania and Maryland. N&W’s geotechnical group includes seven Professional Engineers, one Professional Geologist, three Engineers-in-Training and one Geologist-in-Training.
