N&W is pleased to welcome Jill Kathleen Bolt as the firm’s Director of Business Development. Jill brings over 34 years of progressive business development experience in the AEC industry. She will continue developing and building key customer relationships, identify and pursue new strategic business opportunities, monitor and analyze current and future market conditions and coordinate with N&W’s executive management, marketing and project managers to further the company’s objectives.

Jill was previously, Director of Business Development at T.Y. Lin International. She is a member and has held various committee positions in American Council of Engineering Companies/PA, American Society of Highway Engineers, Women’s Transportation Seminar and March of Dimes.
She attended Pennsylvanian State University for Architectural Engineering Technology.
Jill lives in Chester Springs, PA with her husband Steve who is also in the AEC industry. She enjoys sailing and is an avid cross fitter.
