N&W welcomes Karl Rauchfuss, Transportation Construction Inspector-Supervisor as part of the firm’s Engineering Technology Group. Following a 2 month DelDOT project, Karl will transition to the position of Southeastern Pennsylvania-Construction Inspection Manager with responsibilities encompassing marketing, proposal writing, recruiting, project management, oversight of field inspectors, technical development of inspection staff and other related duties. Karl has over 30 years experience in the highway construction industry, working with PennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission as a consultant inspector/supervisor. He has also worked as a civil engineering drafter, materials technician and refinery force account auditor.
N&W welcomes Frank Diemert, Utility Designer/Specialist for the Transportation Department (TD) Engineering Group. Frank will provide drafting, design, and technical support to the TD Group and comes to us with a long and proven track record. Mr. Diemert previously owned a civil & structural design & drafting service company. He has experience as a Senior 3D Design Technician/CAD Coordinator, Senior Civil Engineer Design Technician/Civil Design Coordinator, Project Automation Lead/CAD Coordination and CAD Management, and brings a vast array of skills to the table.
