Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. is pleased to welcome Robert H. Eiswert as our new Cultural Resources Group Leader! His responsibilities include the supervision of the Cultural Resources field and laboratory personnel,
development of technical proposals and cost estimates, project management, and authorship/editorship of project documents. Robert will be based in the firms New Cumberland, PA office.
Robert has over 20 years of experience participating in and directing archaeological reconnaissance surveys, site examinations, and data recoveries in accordance with Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act and with NEPA requirements.
Robert earned his M.A. in American Studies from Pennsylvania State University, and a B.A. in Anthropology and History from Bloomsburg University. He also meets 36 CFR Part 61 Professional Qualification Standards for Archaeology. He is a member of Society for Pennsylvania Archaeology, Council for Northeast Historical Archaeology and Pennsylvania Association of Environmental Professionals. Robert was previously employed with McCormick Taylor, Inc.
