P3 Rapid Bridge Replacement Program

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) utilized a Public Private Partnership (P3) delivery method to replace 558 of approximately 4,000 structurally deficient bridges in just three years. Working for several contract holders, Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. (N&W) provides geotechnical engineering, environmental assessment, survey, civil engineering, and noise and air quality services for bridges located throughout the Commonwealth.

Lancaster Airport Runway and Taxiway Improvement

The Lancaster Airport was granted funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) through the Federal Aviation Administration to rehabilitate Runway #8, Taxiway “A,” and Taxiway “N” at the Lancaster Airport. Steelton Streetscape

Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc., surveyed, mapped and designed approximately 6000 lineal feet of existing State and Borough roadways for a beautification project in the Borough of Steelton, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Commerce Bank Stadium City Island, Harrisburg

Navarro & Wright provides surveying services and subsurface investigation/core borings for the renovations and additions to the Riverside Stadium Complex on City Island in Harrisburg.

Carlisle Stryker Brigade Readiness Center and Field Maintenance Shop

Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. provided surveying services at the Carlisle Armory to Lobar Associates for the new 37,238-square-foot Readiness Center and the new, 25,080-square-foot Field Maintenance Shop. N&W provided stakeout for buildings and all infrastructure including parking lots, storm sewer, retention ponds, sanitary sewer, gas lines, and water lines. Navarro & Wright fees totaled to $40,000. Construction cost for the total project was estimated around $16 million.

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission Water Storage Tank As-builts

Navarro & Wright is currently teamed with Tank Industry Consultants to provide engineering services for five tanks located in Montgomery County, MD including Cabin John, Glenmont, Fort Washington, and two Patuxent Reservoirs.
