Ms. Foust brings over 34 years of experience to Navarro & Wright. Her responsibilities include developing client relationships for transportation services in Pennsylvania and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Ms. Foust will continue to oversee transportation projects as Senior Transportation Manager and will assist as QA/QC Manager on transportation projects. She will also focus efforts on the strategic processes of N&W’s Transportation Division to continue its high level of performance as the firm enters a new phase of growth. Ms. Foust has vast experience with composing proposals, management of multiple projects, developing QA/QC standards, and managing personnel, budgets, schedules and communications with clients. Her technical experience specialties include geotechnical engineering, geo-environmental studies, Phase I ESAs, geomorphological studies, drilling inspections and geological investigations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, and administration of drilling contract. She is our primary drilling inspector trainer, having trained countless engineers, geologists, and other non-professional employees. Ms. Foust is also a licensed Professional Geologist in Delaware.
