Mr. Marino is the Northern PA Regional Manager and Project Manager at Navarro & Wright. He is an Environmental Specialist with over 11 years of experience specializing in Marcellus Shale related projects, stream assessment and restoration design. Mr. Marino has experienced several aspects of the design process, including field analysis, conceptual design, permitting, cost estimate preparation, construction specification development, construction management, and post construction monitoring. He also has hands-on experience in implementation of environmental construction projects, including installing of both hard and soft stream bank stabilization techniques, field survey/construction stakeout, plant/bioengineering materials, and heavy equipment operation. In conjunction with his stream restoration experience Mr. Marino has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems. He has conducted cartographic services on a number of stream restoration and other projects.
