Mr. Gutshall has over 16 years of experience in residential and commercial subdivision and land development projects, stormwater management design, erosion and sediment control design, NPDES permitting, wastewater collection system design, floodplain studies, pump station design, road design, and PennDOT utility and highway permitting. As Site Civil Infrastructure Division Manager, he is responsible for overseeing complete project management and delivery services to provide delivery of civil, site, and infrastructure projects for our clients.
