Mr. Navarro, President and CEO, has over 32 years of experience in design and management of civil engineering projects, including streets/ roadways, water distribution and treatment facilities, wastewater collection and treatment facilities, and land development. As co-founder of the company, he oversees the overall strategic operations and development of the company to successfully serve the needs of our clients. Mr. Navarro is a professional engineer in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, New York, Virginia, Delaware and New Jersey and has served as primary contact for numerous public, private and institutional clients. Mr. Navarro serves as a 2014-2015 Executive Director of the Land Development Coalition (LDC) of the American Council of Engineering Companies, is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (PA-Central Chapter), the Consulting Engineers Council, Pennsylvania Water Environment Association, and is involved with numerous Latino-based community organizations.
