Mr. Peda has has over 40 years of progressive experience in highway transportation planning, design, construction, maintenance and operations. He is responsible for directing the planning and execution of specialty transportation engineering assignments for services related to workforce development, maintenance and operations, materials quality control, and marketing specific company growth areas. Mr. Peda’s career included employment with the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, PennDOT Engineering District 8-0, and PennDOT Bureaus of Transportation Planning Statistics, Design, Construction & Materials, and Maintenance & Operations. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the American Society of Highway Engineers. He served in various board positions including President of the American Society of Highway Engineers (Harrisburg Section) and as National Director for ASHE Region 4.
