V&S Galvanizing Facility

V&S Columbus Galvanizing, LLC built a new plant to increase their capacity and expand production. This 57,000 SF metal coating facility will process steel components for major highways, professional sports stadiums, bridges, architectural buildings, and railings. The plant was designed to handle large pieces of steel through the use of four 20-ton overhead cranes traversing the building over multiple deep dip tanks. Murray Towers Exterior Concrete Assessment & Repair Reccomendations

Murray Towers, originally constructed in the late 1960s, is an 8-story public housing complex owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, and features 67 units for low-income seniors. This project involved the visual assessment of the exterior precast concrete spandrel panels for locations of distress including cracking, spalling, delamination and holes. 214 Senate Avenue Cooling Towers

The project involved evaluation of existing corroded steel dunnage framing and design of reinforcing and repairs to support two new 40,000 lb. rooftop cooling towers to be installed on top of a 7-story building. This 100,000 SF commercial building, built in 1985, houses office space, property management, an on-site restaurant and spacious lobbies.
